Jack the King Apple Crumble Maker...

 Well it was a rainy stay inside sort of week end, so we did, and we ate...a lot...

Jack had a sleep over at a mate's place on Saturday night so we all tried to cram in on the floor in his room as he has the quietest Aircon. Wasn't long till I was kicked out though as 3 bodies on 2 single mattresses just doesn't work.

Chicken Breast, stuffed with banana, wrapped in pancetta on a bed of fresh corn.

Sunday saw a busy day with a bit of cleaning up and a dump run in the rain, God the dump stinks in the wet.

Looking fwd to getting back on the bike though, having withdrawals.

What a weekend

Well it was a great weekend for starting off the year. First was my World Famous Spaghetti Sauce...

Followed by Donna's Home Made Vanilla Ice cream on top of Jack's First attempt at apple crumble, which I must say was superb.

After dinner we sat back and did a bit on Moon watching.

Summer afternoons

Well Donna has cleaned up the back patio again so it is now the best place in the house to sit and relax.
Tomorrow Chaquita is off to the vets to get a lump taken off his hind quarters......that will be cheap....not.
Well it's nearly the weekend should be a good one...

Hello 2012

Well this year I really want to go again with this blog. I may have to reinvent it a bit.
It has been a great start so far.
This year is the year of the Pemberton.

2011 is a new year...

Well 2011 is a new year and We want to post up our blog again.

The Boys now have there own Motorbikes Jack has a CRF70



and Will has a CRF50.



Kate has a Triumph Bonneville with a Cozy Sidecar,




Last week end we went up to Clements NP for the day to visit some friends and play on the beach.

I will try and endeavour to post up the things we did last year through out this year.. Any way Happy Easter and happy Holidays

Had a day up at Rollingstone Creek today, First day with no rain for a while

The Family had a swim.

Will and I cooked Sausages..under our new ARB awning.

Lady swam and Waited..

And our new addition (Chiquita) swam and Waited also (for me to drop a sausage that is)

Another Big Week!

Another Big week this week.

All the kids are Back at school, Including me so that was a good start.

We went for another explore drive up to Ollera Creek today and took some more pics.

Jack had a bit of a fish but not to many bites...


I think 'Lady' really loves to get out and into the bush.


Will is such a Bushy.....As soon as he got there the shoes were off and he was into the creek.



Was a nice little spot....Would not of gotten in there in the KIA though...

Monday saw a day that I wanted to just Play.
